So you've done all the research - now what? Check out the list of departure dates and prices for our all of our GapBreak placements. Remember in most destinations these costs include:
 

Included:
Pre-departure training course
Preparation and advice prior to departure

Transfers to and from airport and placement when arriving/departing on specified dates

Meet and greet on arrival
Board and accommodation
Orientation

Volunteer project

Back-up and support in-country during placement

Specific in-country inclusions as per destination
 
Not included:

Airfares
Visas
Vaccinations
Travel Insurance
Travel related documentation
 
Destinations may vary slightly each year, and we are always looking to add new destinations once proper research has been completed.

The best thing about my placement in Kenya was definitely the people, both those from Australia and the UK, and the local people in Kenya. It’s made me realise that if the Kenyan people can be happy, with absolutely nothing by Western standards, then there is nothing in my life worth complaining about, and that to me is the most valuable thing to learn.
