Argentina

As the second largest country in South America and the eighth largest country in the world, Argentina offers an amazing variety for teams and endless travel opportunities.

Our expedition teams can head out on treks in Patagonia, possibly in Torres del Paine region. They can visit the huge glacier of Perito Morneo, get involved in projects around Bariloche in the Lakes District National Parks and have a few days to experience the sights, sounds and tastes of Buenos Aires.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

  • Projects are based in either the National Parks around Bariloche or in Buenos Aires
  • Teams can help to renovate village schools, teach English and work with the local children
  • Work on a conservation project at village level

TREKS

Patagonia provides endless trek options such as the 'Circuit' and the 'W' of the Torres del Paine region

Supported by horses to carry the heavy packs and local trekking guides, the Antipodeans Abroad team can enjoy multi-day treks with spectacular views and great camping

Sample itinerary

This trip was a fantastic experience for Jack, thanks to the leader’s relationship with the boys. We were very pleased with the planning done by Antipodeans that made the trip a huge success. We feel Jack has benefited greatly from this experience.
